We will send you a replacement of the item that is defective. We can not cancel an order once it is placed. If an item is purchased in error, you must contact us the same day the order was placed. I loved it ALL! if I was able to buy more, I would have. As it was, I peeled off the sticker on the mail and everything I could get. 😂 When I get the chance and the money, I will definitely be getting more.
