When will I receive my order?

Once your order is paid for and packaged (2-3 business days), it will be shipped in the order it was received. If your order was received during a high volume time please such as major holidays try and be patient as we are a small operation. You will receive a message that your order has been sent as soon as it goes to carrier for shipping.

Will I get a tracking number?

Shipping that comes up less than $5 may not receive a tracking number. If one is available we will provide it. If you need a tracking number please let us know so we can get the shipping with tracking cost for you before you place your order. We will try to work with you the best we can. What if my package says it was delivered but I can't find it or it was not delivered to my address?

Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order, we are not responsible for mail delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure you take all appropriate measures before contacting us, such as contacting your local post office or shipping facility, checking with neighbors and searching your premises.
